Due to hygienic reasons and the personalization / customizations of our product we are unable to accept product returns and therefore cannot issue refunds. However we are more than wiling to replace any damaged product if notified within 30 days of purchase date.

All items are eligible for replacement if damaged. Our replacement policy applies to our standard stock items (products that are part of our in store catalog), funeral service neckties and customized neckties (created with artwork you supplied). 

If you need replacement of  damaged items you must complete a replacement request ticket  within 30 days of purchase date and each case will be reviewed individually for eligibility
